Currently items offered are only listed for shipping within the United States. If you are located elsewhere, and would be interested in purchasing items, please email us directly (via the contact page) and we will be happy to calculate international shipping on individual orders. All in-stock orders will generally be shipped 2 weeks, but please allow for some additional leeway during this pandemic, as many supply chains and unforseeable delays may impede the swift fulfillment of your order—I am doing my best, but it’s just me taking care of everything! Orders will be shipped insured, via USPS Priority mail, or Fedex Ground, so most packages will arrive about 4 days after shipping. If you need to expedite your shipping, please email me before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

As all Miro Made This pieces are made by hand, no two pieces will be identical. There will also be subtle imperfections that are celebrated as part of the beauty of each piece. These include variations in the materials as well as evidence of the making process. If you are purchasing an object marked as a Second and are unsure about it, please contact me and I can send additional photos and/or speak to you about the piece in question.

Please note we do not offer refunds, nor do we cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

Best practices are to treat these pieces gently, and refrain from using them in the oven, microwave, or dishwasher.
